Hallelujah! We are blessed as we approach a new month, amen. New opportunities to serve the Lord and reach our community for the Kingdom of Heaven. We have adjusted our location a little bit to beat the heat. Moving from the baseball bleachers to a nicely shaded area under tree cover in the middle of Palo Verde Park - look for the purple flags and banners, they will lead you to us. Can’t wait to see you!
On the first Sunday of every month, we gather in the park for an open air church service. Prayer starts 9:30a, refreshments at 10:00a, service starts at 10:30a.
The Great Commission
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. — Matthew 28:18-20
We will be baptizing in the park this Sunday, May 2nd at 1:00pm and we are so glad to be celebrating this occasion with our family and friends.

What is Baptism?
When we plunge into the waters of baptism, we are declaring the gospel message. Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and lives again. Through baptism, we’re identifying ourselves with Him.
The Meaning & Importance of Baptism
To explain baptism using one word, you could say identification. Baptism is a public act which demonstrates of a personal identification with Jesus Christ.
In Romans 6:3-4 the Apostle Paul writes:
3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
How important is baptism?
Baptism is HUGE! It is your personal identification with the most epic event in human history—the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
To be clear, baptism does not save you from your sins—that salvation comes by faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Your guilt before God is removed the moment you trust in Christ.
Baptism is the outward proclamation, and the inward assurance, of your passage from the old life of sin to the new life Christ. Hallelujah!
BBQ and celebration afterwards! All are invited to join!
On the second Sunday of every month, we gather in the park for an open air prayer service. Healing, deliverance, repentance, and restoration. Prayer starts 9:30a, refreshments at 10:00a, service starts at 10:30a.
On the third Sunday of every month, we go into the community to serve. Beautification projects, food and clothing distribution, encouragement and conversation. Prayer starts 9:30a, refreshments at 10:00a, service starts at 10:30a.
On the fourth Sunday of every month, we go into the community to build relationships. We share about the church, we share about Christ, and we pray with and for people. Prayer starts 9:30a, refreshments at 10:00a, service starts at 10:30a.
